Introduction
Tawny Cypress's role may have sucked on NBC's Heroes, but let's face it, once they killed her and stopped bringing her back to life, the show took a nose-dive (aka. season two).
Life Story
Tawny Cypress's mother is of Hungarian and German extraction and her father is an African-American with Native American ancestry. She portrayed the annoying love interest, Simone Deveaux on the TV series Heroes but was quickly killed off when it was discovered that guys interested in comic books have not sex drive or romantic feelings. Since being "accidently" killed in Heroes she has gone on Fox's new drama K-Ville as Ginger "Love Tap" LeBeau, a police officer that suffers the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. No word has been found as to when they plan on killing off her character in this show. However, since they still have not really fixed the levies (on the show, of course) the outcome does not look good. Luckily for her, she has not been molested by the star of the show, Anthony Andersen.
She also played the bleeding women in Oliver Stone's smashing unsuccess, World Trade Towers and oposite of Winona Ryder in Autumn in New York.
