Introduction
A secondary character on the MTV semi-reality show, The Hills, Stephanie Pratt is the sister of character Spencer Pratt. As of the show's Season 3, she attends the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising with star Lauren Conrad.
Personal Life
On May 8, 2006, Pratt was arrested in Hawaii with friend Hannah Owens-Bender, 21, the daughter of a production executive for the ABC series, Lost. The girls, both age 20, had shoplifted more than $1,300 worth of clothing from Neiman Marcus. Drugs were allegedly found on Pratt, and she was charged with "promoting a dangerous drug" in the third degree, and "promoting a harmful drug" in the third and fourth degree. Owens-Bender was arrested on a similar charge.
