Introduction
Actress Rose McGowen was born in Florence, Italy to American parents that ran a chapter of the religious cult known as Children of God. She grew up in their communes all over Europe. She spoke no English when she moved with her father to Washington State at age 10. She was fluent in English 5 years later when she legally emancipated herself from her parents.
The amazing thing isn't that she's a complete flake as a consequence, but rather that she can function at all in any society on Earth.
Life Story
Her first role was in the Pauley Shore classic Encino Man (1992) but her break out performance came as "Amy Blue" in The Doom Generation (1995) which earned her an Independent Spirit Award nomination for a role that Jordan Ladd was originally slated to play. She teamed up with screen legend Pauley Shore once more in Bio Dome (1996) then went famously blonde in Scream (1996). She was nominated for an MTV movie award for her role in Jawbreaker (1999).
McGowan used to let Marilyn Manson have sex with her, which effectively ruined her for the rest of the male population of the planet. She made headlines when she slutted around with him at the 1998 MTV Video Music Awards wearing chain mail dress that covered approximately 1% of her body.
In 2002 she joined Holly Marie Combs and Alyssa Milano on Charmed replacing Shannen Doherty’s powers of telekinesis with her own. For the remainder of the series, she and co-star Alyssa Milano competed to see who could wear the sluttiest outfit and display their nipples most often.
Most recently she starred as "Cherry Darling," a machine-gun-wielding, zombie-killing, pole-dancing, peg-legged slut in the Planet Terror half of Grind House (2006).
McGowen broke up director Robert Rodriguez' 16-year marriage when she started letting him have sex with her during the filming of Planet Terror. While they're currently engaged, the press has reported the relationship to have ended more than once. Given how flakey both of them are, McGowan will no doubt find some other fruitcake to share her bed with soon.
