Life Story
She has sold over 16 million records worldwide and maybe best known by Americans for her single “Don’t Say Goodbye”. Her success in music puts her in the category of other multi-platinum Latin singers as Jennifer Lopez and Shakira.
Paulina was raised by her mother, Susana Dosamantes, who is a famous Mexican actress. She taught Paulina the tricks of the business that would end up helping her much later in life. Paulina began her music career when she was ten years old. The album did well and Paulina eventually became popular enough to release a solo album in 1992. The album was called La Chica Dorada (The Golden Child), this album was so well received that it turned Paulina into a huge Latin star.
