Something of a child prodigy, Rogers skipped several grades and graduated from high school at the early age of 14. Instead of going to college, she spent the rest of her teen years volunteering with charity groups. She also accompanied her father, an accomplished card shark, on trips to Tahoe, where she illegally (being underaged) played plenty of poker and blackjack. She is now an accomplished poker player and is on the board of directors of the World Poker Tour.
She posed for Playboy magazine in 1993, and is a member of Mensa. She has done full front nudity in some of her films, including the controversial "Full Body Massage" in 1995.
