Life Story
Lauren German trained as a dancer at the Orange County High school of the Arts (OCHSA) before attending the prestigious Actor's Studio and going to USC. She began her acting career and guest-starred on TV's 7th Heaven (Jessica Biel). She also had a role on MTV's scripted reality show, Undressed. She made her film debut in 2000 in Down to You starring Julia Stiles and Freddie Prinze, Jr. She also starred in A Walk to Remember starring Mandy Moore. Lauren was chosen as #47 in Maxim's “Hot 100 of 2002” supplement.
More recently, Lauren starred in 2003's The Texas Chainsaw Massacre with Jessica Biel. She tried out for the role of Erin before landing the part of the Hitchhiker. She also starred in Hostel: Part II with Bijou Phillips where she did all of her own stunts. Her newest film, It Is Fine. Everything Is Fine! premiered at this year's Sundance film festival.
