Life Story
Actress Kristanna Loken was raised on a fruit farm in Upstate New York. She studied acting as a child and began landing gigs by age 13. When she grew into her 5’11” frame she signed a modeling contract with Elite, but she didn’t get really big until Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003) for which she put on 15 pounds of muscle. T-X, the gynoid assassin known to fans as the “Terminatrix” is still her most recognizable role, but she also played the title character in the film BloodRayne (2005), where she became close with co-star Michele Rodriguez, and Painkiller Jane, an original series for the Sci-Fi Channel.
Her personal life has been the subject of much speculation. Lesbians claim her as one of their own and Loken herself has admitted to having relations with women, but she has neither confirmed nor denied a romance with Rodriguez. Loken stated in an interview with Curve magazine, "I have dated and have had sex with men and women and have to say that the relationships I have had with certain women have been much more fulfilling, sexually and emotionally, than of those with certain men... I connect with an aura, with energy. And if the person with whom I connect happens to bea female, that's just the way it is. That's what makes my wheels turn." Her sister Tanya is a real lesbian.
On May 10, 2008 Kristanna married actor Noah Dalton Danby (her co-star in Painkiller Jane) at her family's farm in upstate New York.
