Biography
- Introduction:
- Chris Ayala is the younger brother of Fashion Designer and cofounder of the "William Rast" clothing line, Trace Ayala. Chris was born on November 25,1985 in Millington, Tennessee outside Memphis. He started singing and dancing at an early age and was hooked imediately. He sang at his high school Cumberland High. Chris is childhood friends with Jonathan Timberlake, the younger brother of Justin Timberlake.
Career
Chris has been in numerous comercials from the ages of 6 to 11. At the age of 14, Chris met up with one of his good friends cole who was looking to put together a pop group that could dance. Chris signed on right away and they found their other friends JC, Josh, and Kevin. They decided to call themselves ELITE because they strived to be the best that they could be. They flew out to Los Angeles to audition for Interscope Records Exec. Jimmy Iovine and Justin Timberlake. Justin was looking for a pop group reminiscent of his days in *NSYNC. The guys sang "This I Promise You" a capella and Justin signed them to a Record Development Deal for his label "Tennman Records" which was a branch of Interscope. ELITE is now on tour opening up for childhood idols of theirs, The New Kids On The Block. They are also in the studio recording for their debut album set to be released in 2009.
Personal Life
Chris does not smoke nor drink. He has proudly stated in Pop Star Magazine that he is a devout christian and that his family are his biggest supporters.
In late September 2008, Chris was spotted with Mackenzie Rosman (7th Heaven) according to People Magazine. Chris has not confirmed nor denied the rumors that the two are a couple, but all tween females can only hope that they arent true.
Chris has also been spotted with recently divorced country megastar Shania Twain around the greater Los Angeles area. Chris admited that the two were just friends and that the two are not romantically linked to each other.
