Born in New York, raised in California, educated in London, her father is former Olympic wrestler turned entrepreneur, Rocky Aoki, founder of the Benihana restaurant chain. She began modeling at 13 and when supermodel Kate Moss took a liking to her, her career took off. Despite being notably shorter than the typical model she has walked the runway at the highest level of the industry. At 16 she replaced Naomi Campbell as the face of Versace and soon she was popping up in music videos left and right.
Career
She made the logical jump to acting and has appeared in a series of hot-chick-movies like 2 Fast 2 Furious (Eva Mendes), D.E.B.S (Jordana Brewster, Meagan Good, Sara Foster), Sin City (Jessica Alba, Brittany Murphy, Rosario Dawson) and DOA: Dead or Alive (Jaime Pressley, Holly Valance, Natassia Malthe).
