Life Story
Born in Munich, Germany, to an American mother and German father, Banks moved to Britain at the age of four, and then with her mother a suburb of Los Angeles, California, when she was seven years old. She moved out of her mother's house when she was sixteen years old, taking her fourteen year old sister with her. She got custody of her sister when she turned eighteen.
Career
She responded to an ad in the newspaper to do nude modeling for adult magazines which led to her first film, University Coeds 18. Despite having never been enrolled in an accredited university at the time the film went into production, her performance was very convincing.
She began working under the name Mirage", but her career didn't take off until she adopted the name Briana Banks and put two grapefruits where her boobs used to be. Her first appearance as "Briana" was in the film Decadent Whores 9. She appeared in Penthouse magazine as Pet of the Month in June 2001. The same year, she signed with Vivid Entertainment.
Her vagina has been reproduced and made available for home use through toy maker Doc Johnson Enterprises and in 2002 an action figure was made in her likeness by the Los Angeles based company Cyber F/X and Sota Toys, but the vagina is way more fun. Just how much fun is that vagina? Well, she filed a lawsuit for more than $75,000 against Doc Johnson Enterprises claiming the company violated an agreement to make molds of her genitals. She gave them permision to make only two toys out of her vagina and asshole, but they made eight more than agreed for a total of 10 different toys.
