Introduction

Carrie-Anne Moss looks fantastic in skin-tight leather. Son of a bitch, if that isn't enough to please a man, nothing will. She's also one of the few Canadians we don't hate.

Life Story

Carrie-Anne Moss grew up in her birthplace: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She was born on August 21, 1967 and is the youngest of two children. At the age of 20 she moved to Europe to pursue a career in modeling. Pretty much a no-brainer, considering her early hotness. In Spain she managed to get a regular role in the TV show "Dark Justice", which was produced in Barcelona for the 1st season, and followed it to the shooting locations in Los Angeles the next year. We assume she speaks a little Espanol from this experience. She then appeared in numerous commercials and in the play "Outward Bound" at the Hudson Theater in Los Angeles.

Her big break(s) came in the late 90's when The Matrix films came along, as well as Chocolat and Memento...all were critical and audience successes. She has continued working steadily, although not at the high profile she had been accustomed to. She attended high school with Gil Bellows, which didn't hold her back, luckily. She also has starred with each of the three main actors from The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert in separate films: Hugo Weaving in The Matrix, Guy Pearce in Memento and Terence Stamp in Red Planet. This piece of trivia will get your ass kicked at most parties. She also appeared in three movies with Joe Pantoliano within the space of two years: The Matrix, New Blood and Memento.

Claims Maria Bello and Meredith Brooks as close friends. Carrie-Anne has two sons with husband Steven Roy.
