Chickipedia is the world’s largest web-based, women-based, wiki-based database of hot chicks on the planet. It is entirely user generated, making it the first female-only encyclopedia of the people, by the people, and for the people. All you have to do is have access to the internet, log on, go to our “Add New Chick” link, and voila—you can create a new article, or revise an existing one. Just be sure to do so within our guidelines or risk being spanked. Hard.

While we encourage our users to be as accurate and fair as possible, don’t sweat it if you mess up and add something by accident. Our editors (read: you, the people) will be there to monitor, advise, and correct mistakes. Just don’t purposefully mess around with the site. You know the drill: If you vandalize, you will be penalized. In other words, you will be bounced off the site. Hard.

Chickipedia is not your grandpa’s encyclopedia. First of all, anyone can contribute. Second, the older the profile the more well researched and accurate it is. Newer profiles tend to include falsehoods, half truths, or people just being stupid, because they haven’t been up long enough for editors to police them or to build a consensus. Third, Chickipedia is not written in stone. It can change at any second with continual updates. In fact, as we wrote that Angelina Jolie’s birthplace changed.

Those Darn Links

Whenever you see an underlined name on Chickipedia, it means there is a link to another relevant Chickipedia page or profile. There are often other links listed at the end of articles that take you to external websites and pages where you can get even more information on the chick or the projects she’s done. If those links are missing or incomplete, you can add relevant links yourself. This is a way to contribute without actually writing or revising a profile.

Fact or Fiction?

While we like to believe that most articles on Chickipedia are 100 percent factually accurate, we are also aware that people are not perfect, people make mistakes, and people can be jerks. Therefore, it is important to keep in mind that many of the profiles written by the people and for the people may contain false or debatable information about the people. It is often only after a long process of discussion, debate, and editing that an article begins to be more and more factual.

Have A Take, Don’t Suck

So what makes the dream Chickipedia profile? It is balanced, factually accurate, and verifiable. This can sometimes take a few days, a few months, or even a few years. For this reason, if you are using it as a research source, it is important to use it very carefully. Some articles may be dead-on accurate Encyclopedia style; others may be gossip city.
